Yoga & Meditation Retreat
A three day yoga and meditation retreat where you will surrounded and supported by a community of people helping one another. The first day is a meet and greet. Yoga sessions will be set up to get you in the body and grounded. The second day starts with a yoga morning class. We will talk about how setting your intentions is important. We will also walk around in nature to have time to process. Lunch will be provided. Then in the evening we will talk about meditation and any questions around it, followed by a guided meditation. The third day will be setting intention for yourself with a guided meditation and yoga.
